Though slender Esmeral is hardly a femme to be taken for granted. Her armor is spiked in several places and made up points and edges. Her grey faceplates feature large red optics with a 'helmet' like cover that has a second pair of optics and horns. Her primary armor is a dark blue offset with red and black hints, and the peeks of her protoform are gunmetal grey. Her massive spread of wings are a red and her pedes end in claws. There's also a 'tail' like extension that's clawed at the end to represent the same from her altmode. She has clawed fingers and the hilts of twin blades can be seen poking out from between her wings.
Her alternate form is that of a large draconic beast that allows her for a full range of flight. It has large claws and thick armor that translates over into her bi-pedal form, and makes her fireproof while she's in this form.
Personality:
Calm : Esmeral is usually the voice of reason in hostile situations. She maintains a poised sort of calm and rearely ever raises her voice. Very little shakes this attitude.
Calculating : With war raging around her and having very little desire to fight Esmeral has learned the best way to get herself and anyone in her charge out of bad situations without resorting to violence. She functions at the level of a master tactician and can predict several outcomes to a situation as it unfolds, thus allowing her to take the best course of action.
Fearless : With a fearsome warrior for a mate it comes as no surprise that very little scares this femme. She has withstood his bouts of berserker rage and is one of the few that will willingly approach him in one of these moods.
Loyal : Her first and primary loyalty is to her mate, and then to the cause they've chosen to champion. No one is allowed to degrade or speak badly of those she is loyal to, and she will defend them to the best of her ability unto death if she ever has to.
Gentle : Gentle and soft spoken, Esmeral rarely chooses to fight and prefers to allow herself to be protected than to do harm. Despite her claws she has a delicate touch and knows when it is best for gentle hands to lead over weapons and violence.
Affectionate : Whenever she can get him in one place this femme is known to sneak up to her mate and take him by the hand, sometimes even pulling at that hand to get him to follow her. She loves tucking herself to his side and walking in stride with him. She's affectionate and caring and uses these traits to help care for anyone left in her charge.
Strengths + Weaknesses:
Esmeral has weapons, but prefers not to use them unless absolutely necessary. If her mate or someone in her charge were to be in trouble she'd break her line of pacifism and attack. She has never used a gun and is not likely to ever touch one. Guns mean death and although she accepts it as part of the war she would rather not be the one to take life from another. Despite her non-violent nature she is well trained in the art of duel wielding her often hidden blades. She learned mostly out of necessity, but also as an art form back before the war when such things could be a past time.
Hyper organized and preferring to keep things in order in an otherwise chaotic world, Esmeral keeps exact records of battles, wins, losses, and those that are still living and dead. She also tends to keep up with anyone that has defected during the course of the war.
She's also in possession of tele-sonic drivers, which when they malfunction can cause a feedback that incapacitates her and anyone within range of the effect. She often isn't aware that anything has happened, even though this leaves her frozen in place for several minutes and completely vulnerable. Said tele-sonic drivers allow her to communicate with others from over a system away. The more familiar she is with the individual the better the reception is towards that person.
Despite not being made for the front lines Esmeral is a gifted tactician and has no problems using this to her advantage and to the advantage of her cause. She also enjoys games that test her ability to think tactically, and is especially fond of Earth chess.
Due to the wings of her altmode Esmeral is capable of a full range of flight. Her smaller size and slender build make her swift and agile in the air and she's able to outpace larger fliers than herself in the case of needing to get away. Or in some cases, to drop bombs on those that have backed her into a corner.

Tele-sonic drivers : Esmeral uses these to communicate over vast distances, they were installed as part of a political experiment in her youth and come with the side-effect of sometimes misfiring and freezing she and anyone in the vicinity of her in place for several minutes.
Weaponry:
Duel energon blades : these are usually safely left within their hiding place between her wings and rarely ever see usage. The blades are well honed and of the highest quality, and were forged to fit a femme's hand and reach.
Claws : Last resort option for this femme. If she ever really had to fight in close combat and her blades weren't an option she will use her claws to protect herself.

Esmeral was the long awaited and requested offspring of a pair of lower class nobles in the city of Praxus. At the time she was known as Digit and was very protected and doted on. As she grew to majority she started noticing the imbalance in the classes outside her own and just how heavily the nobility were favored over the common folk. More, that it seemed those born different were disdained as less than or undesirable. Quietly, since her creators would have sent her away should they have found out, she started doing what she could to help fuel the revolution that begun before her optics. And she started to prepare herself. She took up the art of swordplay, telling anyone that asked that it was a beautiful and unique art form and that she wanted to learn in order to stand out from other femmes of her acquaintance. With time she became proficient, but classroom battles and real life were two very different things.
The war broke out.
Everyone began taking sides, and soon her side was decided. She was supportive of the Decepticon cause, wanted to rally her support behind the Lord Megatron and his forces. But war had consequences. It was the young of the downtrodden, the Decepticon civilians, that suffered the most in those early days. Youth sectors were destroyed for 'harboring' the fugitive Decepticon forces and anyone who was caught trying to help them were dealt similar destruction. Autobots were the enemy. So she finally left her home and started gathering the ones that were caught in the crossfire, holing away in a small burnt out building in the city of Vos before it was destroyed. It was hard for her to help trapped in a non-military frame as she had been, so after the city of fliers was razed to the ground Digit changed herself. She reformatted everything about her, accepted wings and a fearsome appearance and changed her designation to Esmeral.
Though Esmeral wasn't much of a fighter, she did defend the small group that moved around with her, and when she was able to she joined the main forces of the Decepticons. She kept the civilians out of the way, made sure all records were kept exact and sent to those in power that could better use them. A femme was invisible in those early days when they weren't a common sight on the field, and a civilian femme was even more so. She spent many years of the early war as a spy, and with the speed she had in her other form used only to escape when she was detected.
But as the war drug on Esmeral felt more and more disenchanted of the cause they were supposed to be fighting for. It seemed to be less and less about equality and more about power. About Lord Megatron wanting to be in power and not wanting to share it. And anyone that didn't agree to that and give everything to that end goal was destroyed. Worse, it seemed civilians like her, the ones that didn't want to fight, were no longer worth the protection of the primary forces. So she gathered them all and made the choice to split off, to take her group to an offworld location where they'd be safe.
It was there, sometime later, that she met the mech that would eventually become her Conjunx Endura; Deathsaurus. They had each picked a form similar to each other, and she was fascinated by he and his adventures. She chose to follow him, and eventually the two fell in love. She was content to follow him across the universe, and did so for many years. To her memory her mate disappeared shortly before their ship was attacked and she was separated from his mercenary crew. It has been several years since she's seen her mate, and Esmeral has been forced to be the combatant, she's fought her way to a settled planet with Cybertronian signals in hopes of rejoining the Decepticon forces and locating her missing mate.
