Player Alias: KromJax
Character Name: SV-19
Allegiance: Decepticon
Appearance Description:
*SV-19 seems to hold more of a 'battle ready' stature as he walks, and just by watching him move anyone can tell despite his calm stature, he's prepared to stab anyone with on of his knives, or jump into combat at a moment's notice.
*SV also has armor which has sharper edges, on his shoulders, his knee and elbow guards, and even his small horns which stretch off the upper part of his mask. The elbow and knee spikes are actually designed for combat purposes, and lengthened just an inch or two longer then average vehicon spikes.
*SV's fore-arms have more armor added to them, giving them more bulk for extra blocking, while most vehicons have rectangular fore-arm armor, Sv's has more shape, holding more of a broadened three-dimensional trapezoid shape, all the while having a few extra boxy yet diagonal pieces stretched across his fore-arm.
*SV-19 has been surgically given an extra finger on each servo, giving him four servo digits to flex in total rather than three. Each servo digit microscopically has small spikes poking out of the surface, for a better grip.
Personality:
All vehicon's wear masks. Sev's mask is acting like the cold soldier he's programmed to be, playing the part of the obedient and loyal Decepticon. He is fiercely dedicated to the Decepticon cause, believing that Megatron is just in every way. His programming has twisted his logic in this area.
Sev is a by-the-books decepticon loyalist, having his own standards for honor and what he must to to be of use to Megatron. Sev takes pride in what he does, liking the fact that he is a specialized kind of vehicon, and appreciates his grueling training in his academy as much as he abhors it. His past was a struggle, his mind has been forced to be sharp, and adapting to his surroundings is almost always his priority. He speaks when spoken to, and keeps most of what he thinks to himself.
While he is faithful to Megatron, and most superiors, he holds little trust towards those he doesn't know. (Save Megatron) Little escapes his optics, and he keeps them keened for any sort of trickery that might be performed by a superior or fellow Decepticon.
Those who befriend Sev often find in him a true friend, and a brotherly figure. Sev has a spark, as much as he likes to pretend he doesn't, he has feelings. He values life to surprising extents, and he is protective of his comrades. He won't ever admit it, but Sev has a very soft side to him, especially for humans. While he prefers to act abrasive or monotonous around most Decepticons, humans often will witness his more inviting aspects. In his training, he has accepted that the strong survive, and that only those who have a great use can be used as tools by Megatron. Sev would be a menacingly hostile bot where it not for his belief that everything could have great use, and that everyone has their own purposes in life. They're simply mislead to him, or mis-using their talents.
Weaponry:
The backbone of Sv-19’s weaponry. He holds many kinds of different throwing knives, holding with him a variety of blades he keeps sharp and at the ready. These knives decorate his being, and are hidden in multiple conceal compartments in his wrists, his heels, his shines, the side of his ribcage, his fore-arms, his back plating, of course in his substapace, and then there’s the extra knives he keeps on his belt. These knives come in three classes:
Claymore: These are basically short-swords, too long to be daggers or knives. They are more of a heavy-duty melee weapon that Sv-19 applies when need be, but though they are shorter, these are usually more stout, and can withstand harsh consequences themselves, and can cut through metal rather easily.
Daggers: Long knives, you could say. These are machete classed and looking weapons, which are meant to be a back up against heavy opponents, being able to cut through armor and dish out more electric volts, or make a bigger explosion.
Knives: These are the class of weapon which are the smallest on Sv-19’s person, but useful nonetheless. They too are insanely sharp, but are better suited against light-opponents.
The types of knives he holds:
`Boomer-rang effect: These blades are curved, and jagged on the other end, as to make it more difficult for an opponent to take these knives out when they penetrate an opponent’s armor. These knives are super-heated at their razors, and thus can cut through extra tough armor. These knives can also perform curves in the air, or return to the user if thrown properly as the name indicates.
~sub-group: These knives can also come in a variety where their hilt is a bit thicker, and instead of exploding, they can release about 500 volts of electricity upon an opponent. No super-heated tip though. This class of throwing weapon is, much like the plasma cutter, rather uncommon, hence, SV-19 has been taught to not be too dependent on these.
Classes included: Dagger, Knife.
Plasma Cutter: These are blades which actually do not perform their duty with metal as their edge. They are hilts, and produce a blade created of plasma, similar to a Plasma Torch, but more powerful and longer, enabling the user of the weapon to slice through almost any kind of metal. Still takes a bit of time if the metal is extremely thick, but these can be used to stab directly into medium or light-classed armor, and can almost have an instantaneous effect. These can be thrown, but are best suited for stabbing. However, these kinds of high-tech blades are a rare variant in SV-19's inventory, and have a short usage life. (1 to 3 posts per knife)
Classes included: Claymore, Dagger
Uncutt Rifle: SV-19’s second favorite ranged weapon, and all time favorite gun weapon. Upon his back is folded a long pip-looking object, which transforms and extends into a long ranged sniper-rifle. Nothing is entirely special about this rifle save how it folds up and can be easily concealed. (SV needs to post at least once for it to charge, meaning he cannot attack with it until he posts at least once. Each post is an extra charge, the more charge, the more powerful it is.)
Jetpack: Sv-19 often finds himself falling off cliffs, jumping off and diving into insane heights, or needing a boost when it comes to his alt mode speed, or something that could enhance a jump. Hence, a jet-pack was installed into his back-plating panels. This jet-pack is a high-powered mechanism capable of granting Sv-19 small durations of flight, though he would hardly be able to compete with seekers. The jetpack is designed for the above requirements, acting more as an emergency tool or boost. It is not powerful enough that it would be able to bring Sv-19 to a complete halt if he jumped off the grand canyon, though.
Flickers: Nothing else could describe what the small gadgets in Sv-19’s upper ankle compartments and upper wrist compartments do. These fling knife-handles right into he grasp of the vehicon, and hold only knife-classed weapons, but the compartments have a surprising amount of knives within them, but not unlimited.
Strengths + Flaws:
Strengths:
1# Acting: Sv-19 has lived most of his life hiding what is on his mind, and he can often times conceal what he’s really thinking, as predictable as it can be sometimes. The vehicon is someone who can pick up any act, and pretend a role perfectly, being able to detect professional facades excellently. He can actually act himself, but refrains from it usually—to lie is to go against his programming. He’s also aware that as a drone, he really shouldn’t lie if he’s going to be trustworthy to his friends.
2# Extremely functional servo-to-optic coordination: SV-19 is a vehicon gifted with very keen reflexes, which compliment his slightly calculative mood. This includes him being able to throw knives with great precision in close or long distances (no, not sniper-rifle long), and he is able to exercise very fast reflexes immensely. As a matter of fact—SV’s servos are usually up to something. Always occupied.
3# Combat abilities: SV-19 has studied many things, many forms of combat, and over the years has become fluid with many kinds of fighting. He knows how to use an opponent’s momentum against them, how to build up his own momentum and add it to an enemies, how and when to apply kicks and knife throws…Sv-19 also knows how to adapt to his situations fairly quickly. He is familiar with Knives, (of course) and rifles---and isn’t fond of much else, save the occasional use of his gadgetry.
4# Sniper’s accuracy: SV-19 has disabilities, but with weaknesses come strengths. Sv-19 can lock onto a target, aim and shoot quite quickly with long-ranged weapons, and works very well with rifles of almost any kind—especially Nucleon Charge Rifles. He has a distaste large and heavy weapons, however, and will refrain from using any.
5#Slight with the servo: SV-19 can make his servo so easily slip across his belt, or any compartment, and arm himself with a knife. He has a concealed compartment near his wrists, and can slip data pads from it into his arm, or knives, or small plasma torches—handy little things. With knowledge of such trickery, and being able to multi-task with his servo digits, SV-19 can often spot out anyone doing anything sly with theirs.
6# The ‘potter’? : SV-19 is actually the slightest bit of an artist. Not in the sense that he can draw really well, but he can imagine things. He can look at a square and be able to picture it as a cube for example, and explore all its sides. A good use for this would be seeing a person, and just upon seeing them, knowing all the ways their armor curves and how angles add up or how their armor could end, and meet another layer—the more intricate the design the longer it will take to solidify an image in his head, but Sv-19 can make 3-d picture of someone, and look about them inside his head, exploring what he accurately believes is what they look like. He can be wrong about someone’s outer-appearance design, though that hardly ever occurs.
7# Thinker: Sv-19 is always thinking, which is what made some of his designers frown at. Regular drones prove to be reckless, but Sv-19 does not always display this behavior. He has proven in his past training to look before he leaps, and takes caution when on a mission. He often thinks twice about many things, loving to analyze. Something that could be considered unhealthy for a vehicon, considering he is supposed to be a grunt, and die sooner than later.
Weaknesses:
1# Views: SV-19 can be peaceful—but Decepticon programming has tapered with his comprehensive abilities. He can think many ways, but his thought patterns and boundaries are limited, and a quarter of the time the mech is a sick twist of his own bad-side and his programming that echoes in his mind of what he must do, subtly enough that the mech think s that the programming’s his own thoughts. It is this that makes the vehicon forget that he is still a person sometimes.
3# Dyslexia: SV-19 struggles reading and studying properly, and though discipline has trained him to focus, he has trouble reading text, and an even harder time reading different languages. SV-19 couldn’t dislike the fact more, and though he can hide it, he will always wish that he didn’t have that disadvantage.
4# Dislike of Heat/cold: With all his special functions, his insides do not cope well with some forces of nature. If in extremes of heat or cold, SV-19 will need to use more energy, and will over heat quicker than the average Cybertronian. Speaking of, if exposed to the coldness of space or the arctic temperatures for too long, SV-19’s systems will freeze over, and the likelihood of him dying will increase to drastic states.
5# The Mask: No vehicon takes off his or her mask—assuming they have a face. SV-19 knows he does, or thinks he does, but is not certain. However, his mask is a shield of his that he over uses and like his programming, it has melded with his personality: SV-19 will always hide something, whether from friends or enemies, and one will never see what SV-19 is truly thinking. This can be a strength, but even then, the visor which he peers through is a constant reminder to the vehicon what his purpose is, and what he must do for his faction. It keeps him extremely focused and forlorn. His visor is also a weakness in the sense that he cannot bring himself to imagine what he would do with it off. He is actually scared for people to see what he really looks like, for reasons he is unsure of.
6# Kill switch: Specialists of SV-19’s degree, whether a real threat or not, need an emergency kill switch in case they go a-wall. SV-19 has, like all vehicon extremely little likability of switching factions or going rogue, but the chance is there, hence, his termination program was installed. It is the fact that he is a specialist, and if he loses his capability, he will automatically die. SV-19 is prohibited from doing specific things, or even speaking specific things. The program is made so that If he even thinks incorrectly too many times, his mind will lock up, and his spark will be shut down. If shut-down does not work properly, then his personality and memory is deleted. There are a few codes that are given to superiors that immediately start this process without SV-19 doing anything wrong. These codes are given to the AI C.A.Z.E., who can initiate the program in a minutes notice if necessary.
Note: (According to SV-19’s file, he should be perfectly unaware of his kill switch. Should.)
7# Defective T-cog:SV-19 can hardly ever depend on his T-cog. It scarcely ever works, and when it does enable for him to transform, it is a costly few seconds extra than the regular cybertronian, or sometimes it locks the mech half-way between robot-more and vehicle mode. He hardly ever transforms his servos, into weapons, since they too will lock into place, or malfunction. It is very likely SV-19 has the worst T-cog that ever was brought into existence. His reflexes are keen despite this, perhaps it was tweaked a bit much for the purpose of reflex speed, but at the cost of its original purpose.
8# Bad habits: SV-19 can be a sniper, but he has grown dependent and appreciative on his knives, and secretly adores approaching all enemies at close range, where he can finish them off fairly quickly. Not only this, but in his fighting moves, SV-19 does like to take calculated risks, and will do many things for victory. In his fighting techniques, he is quite dependent on his enemies responding properly to his maneuvers, and should an opponent do something that SV-19 did not anticipate, it will throw the vehicon off slightly, if not by a lot.
9# Lefty loosy:Sv-19’s left arm’s infrastructure is not built nearly as well as his right arm or any other limb on his body. A new scientist had been acting as a successor to carry on the vehicon espionage program, and unfortunately, he did not do the best job on Sv-19’s arm. While the arm does have supports, it is more likely to break or snap under pressure, or be unable to take as much damage as his right arm. This appendage is the easiest to rip off, or dislocate. Strangely enough, different segments of the limb can be disconnected and reconnected at will, or ejected at an enemy. This comes at the cost of the arm still not barely being as well made as an average limb.
History:
Soldiers are a necessity in war, and in order to have effective soldiers, one must have diversity within one’s army’s ranks. The Decepticons were in need of soldiers at the beginning of war, and though they started out as the poor faction at the start of the war, they still took what they could get their servos on. A group of Decepticons one day broke into an ancient facility, where they found dozens upon dozens of experimental vehicon blue prints. These blue prints would be stashed away, no one realizing how truly intricate the vehicon blue prints were until the beginning of the middle of the war, when Decepticons had more resources to spend.
These blue prints and information on vehicons held precious information about separate vehicon models that had been tested on various personalities, and good estimates of what boundaries or what traits each vehicon model should posses was supplied….as well as a blue-print to a vehicon model that was designed to not exist, and watch things from afar. The computers that had data on this specific vehicon model stated that four models were currently active. This lead some decepticon scientists to conclude that their stumbling into the blueprints and data was not entirely an accident, and that the Decepticon cause very well may have some unspoken new recruits.
Hence, different vehicon experimentation began, and a second generation of troops slowly but surely was created. Protoforms were spent quickly, with their cores and processors being written the way the blue prints and data provided they were to be. One of the first models tested with were espionage vehicons. These vehicons were given the task of going to other planets and acting as infiltrators of civilizations. This would be done by vehicons being sent by shuttle to a populated world, then establishing adequate targets to kill then provide shifters the proper slit of a chance to slide into the heads of companies or royalty. These vehicons would go, gather information, assassinate, hence planting seeds for decepticon hide-outs across the galaxy.
Such a far-fetched sounding model of soldier was only funded so much of course. They were still vehicons, and the idea of upgrading six changers and point-one-percenters was more appealing, meaning that a very miniscule amount of these elite soldiers were ever created. Such soldiers were assigned to squads. These squads underwent decades after decades of harsh training and testing to see which oens would be most fit for their fierce role, and to see which of these vehicons could prove the strongest, fastest, bravest, as well as to test their loyalty. What these cybertronians underwent was classified and unknown to Autobot or Decepticon intelligence, their very existence was only known by the highest ranking Decepticon lieutenants. Once approved of with the rest of the squad, a group of espionage vehicons were shuttled off towards Velocitron to begin their future operations.
An AI designated C.A.Z.E. would over see the soldiers as they were plunged into stasis whilst within their pods. During flight, the ship encountered a Quintesson Vessel, and was forced to engage in combat as it flew desperately for cover. C.A.Z.E. had strict orders to only awaken the soldiers when they landed upon a planet, and was forced to run away from the Quintesson frigate. Unfortunately this left the ship’s systems critically damaged, with navigation down, and energon fuel running low, as well as extremely low ammunition for further attacks. C.A.Z.E could only steer his ship and the vehicons aimlessly, gradually having to cut off energon reserves from the soldiers one by one, calculating each one’s likability of surviving or being effective in the mission without the other.
----
At last, Earth came into view. C.A.Z.E. managed to use what was left of his ship’s thrusters to drag the vehicons intot he atmosphere of earth—sending them all plummeting. There were but only a few vehicons left…

A small boy trailed his shiny new red car through the grains of his sand box, as the fading light of the evening sun now revealed the faces of the distant stars. The evening evolved into the night ever so gradually, as the boy indulged in the sheer satisfaction of making his truck pick up and dump the miniscule rocks from one area of the sandbox to the other. Beside him his mother reclined in a chair, reading a magazine in the dying light with her son happily playing beside her. It was when she could barely make out the words that she closed her magazine, glancing to her son.
“Time to go inside dear,” she said, placing a hand on his shoulder.
The boy looked upward, nodding as he picked up his toy, strutting alongside his mother as they made their way to the porch. He looked to the sky carelessly, before he noticed something.
“Mom! Look, a shooting star!” the boy shouted with excitement, jabbing a finger at the sky. His mother found the blurring white slash, grinning.
“Make a wish.” she said as she looked at him fondly.
----
A large stasis pod hurtled downwards towards the solid. But there was a problem. The pod had been damage in various encounters with other frigates, and breaking the atmosphere of earth was taxing its hull too much. The pods emergency flaps were in no condition to save the contents of the pod.
-Vehicon SV-19, awaken. The voice of the AI spoke into the pod, initiating the reboot of the soldier successfully, as his visor flickered to life. He shook his helm, before the rush of the wind tearing through his pod occupied his attention for a split second.
“C.A.Z.E. What occurred?” the vehicon grunted.
“Time left: Minutes, seconds. No time to explain. Pod failure. Repeat. Time left until Impact thirty seconds.” The monotonous voice answered. Sv-19 narrowed his eyes behind his visor as his pod kept breaking to shambles from the outside. He needed to get out immediately. He slammed his fist into the panel that was meant to open, unfortunately, it proved indifferent to the blow.
“Time left, twenty eight seconds.”
“I am aware.” SV-19 replied, calculating his own solution. His brute force was not going to work on the door, even if this pod was falling apart. There was not enough space for his Nucleon Charge Rifle to fire, and not enough time for it to charge. SV-19 had to use his surroundings. He cleared his throat, as he searched for a solution. Every prison had a key. Then something on his HUD went off. There was something in the air beneath him, several miles away from his position, but gaining. If his pod kept falling, it would miss the jet, or whatever was coming up. However, if he endeavored to shove it off its course—his pod just might collide and be damaged enough for him to escape. That was his best bet. SV began to smash against the sides of his pod viciously, causing it to tilt, then spin. SV held on to one of the emergency handle bars, securing a grip as he kicked and kicked with all his might. The object was gaining below.
“Time left; fifteen seconds.”
It was suicide. But I won’t die without trying. SV-19 told himself, bracing for impact as his HUD showed him that the damaged side of his pod was about to careen into the object below. Within the nano second a fantastic explosion erupted, within that, SV shoved himself towards the explosion and the smoke—for that was when the wall would be the most weak, and that was his best bet of an exit. SV-19 couldn’t help but feel like he heard a cry from somewhere as he dove through the smoke and fire, his armor taking impact as his body tackled the agony and the exit head-on. A streak of ash trailed behind SV-19 upon him clearing the giant cloud—land was coming in close.
“To serve as a vehicon is to display utter loyalty to the Decepticon cause, and to keep in mind who and what is High Command. Even in the blackest days of corruption, or in the brightest golden age-“
SV-19 tucked his legs in sharply, as panels from his back armor plating lifted, letting small thrusters ignite. He completed his summer salt as small stabilizers grew from his fore-arms as well as legs, and soon his feet were aimed for the ground, his thrusters blasting full power as to slow the impact as much as possible. Sv-19 struck the ground, causing pounds upon pounds of dirt to fly in the air—but he was alive. He stood from his crouch, brushing himself off. A small little piece of flimsy thin matter fluttered towards him, clearly being directed by the wind. It was a picture, its plastic burnt, and two corners of it tattered, clearly originating from the jet, miracualously. SV-19 caught it out of the air, and in the picture there was three strange looking organics. The smallest was set in between the taller two, one of the tall organics evidently a male and the other female. The small one held in his hands a small model of a dump-truck, filled with sand.
This planet was definitely not Velocitron.
“Caze. Fill me in on the events from my departure of Cybertron.” SV-19 huffed, as he walked away from the explosion…
-----
…“I wish Dad would come home soon from his job.” The small boy said to his mom. The woman smiled, sighing off into the distance.
“Yes…life as an experimental jet pilot can be dangerous though.” She looked at the slightly curious eyes of the boy. “But don’t worry. Your dad will be just fine.”

“--above all however, it is our Duty to kill and act in the name of our beloved Leader Lord Megatron. May his Wisdom and Justice mark the stars for all eternity.”
