Player Alias: Kavac
Character Name: Elita One
Allegiance: Autobot
Appearance Description: Elita is a taller than average femme, characterized by a red, salmon and white color scheme. Her helm is adorned with two outward-facing antennae, and is a distinctly different shade of red than the rest of her frame; her optics are a shade of fiery blue. A pair of red wings are proudly displayed on her back in the typical fashion of a seeker. Elita is fairly armored for someone occupying a command position, as well. While on Earth, she takes the form of a red CFA-44.
Personality: Elita exudes an exceedingly dominant attitude to those around her, a holdover from her days as a member of Sentinel Prime’s security council. She is best described as bold, charismatic and decisive, traits which all lend themselves to her position. All that being said, she was built without an off switch either, and tends to take virtually any matter very seriously. Her no-nonsense attitude often leads her to butt heads with anybody else in a position of authority, and she will challenge a superior officer without hesitation if she believes herself to be justified in doing so.
The typical modus operandi of the Autobots is a mixture of courage and daredevil luck, neither of which flies for Elita. She is an uncompromising, by the book type of officer who doesn’t believe in dumb luck. Anything she commits herself to must be founded in its own metric, and there is no room for error in any of her plans; ‘perfectionist’ would be putting it lightly, if she wasn’t capable of executing them perfectly.
Strengths + Weaknesses:
+Consequentialist - While not always a positive trait, it remains as one of Elita’s strongest. She is a die hard consequentialist, and firmly believes that the ends will justify the means.
+Unbreakable Resolve - Although her methods may sometimes come under scrutiny, the results she provides do not. Elita firmly believes in the Autobot cause, and will bury the Decepticons herself to earn victory.
-Liar - She will lie, and cheat to achieve victory. While Optimus may be the shining example of what all Autobots should aspire to be, Elita does not live in that same world. It is easy to be a saint in paradise, after all.
-Wrath - Antagonizing Elita to a certain degree is sure to bring about her most negative aspect, her fury. Her anger is potent enough to alienate herself from those under her command, and she takes great measures to keep it in check at all time.
Abilities:
Matrix Affinity - Elita One possesses a natural affinity for carrying the Matrix of Leadership, a fact that has caused no small amount of distress to certain Autobots, and even a few Decepticons.
Master Tactician - The captain of the Halcyon and her crew have faced innumerable dangers throughout the galaxy during their voyages, and yet they’ve withstood every one. Elita One is a master tactician in the realm of capital ship combat, fighter formations, and fleet management.
The Halcyon - A Righteous-class battlecruiser originally commissioned during the Quintesson Invasion during the Age of Wrath, the Halcyon has found its way into the hands of the Autobots. Commanded by Elita One, it carries a full complement of fighters and bombers, several weapon banks, and even a spacebridge. The Halcyon and her crew are at the full disposal of Elita One, and remains one of the most fearsome ships the Autobots can field.
Weaponry:
Handcannons - Elita One’s arms transform into powerful blasters which she uses to dispatch targets at range. While in vehicle mode, Elita is able to use them in conjunction with her railguns.
Electromagnetic Launchers - A pair of railguns mounted on Elita’s wings, her EM launchers are her main weapons while in jet-mode. Each gun fires a solid projectile at extremely high speeds, powerful enough to either destroy a target completely, or enough to knock it off course.
Missile Pods - Three specially designed missile pods equipped to fire a barrage of fast tracking, rapid fire missiles. Each pod is mounted on Elita’s fuselage, and can fire a full load of missiles roughly 18 times before a resupply is needed, rounding out the total payload of missiles to be 216. The weapon’s onboard guidance systems enable to track 12 targets simultaneously, enabling Elita to demolish whole swarms of airborne targets. Given the bulk of each weapon, they have replaced Elita’s fuel pods, shortening her effective range without a carrier.
Drixco Vibroblade - On its own, Elita's vibroblade doesn't seem that unique of a weapon. It is a standard weapon whose use was made famous by the Primal Vanguard, and is uniquely capable of sheering through most forms of matter. The blade itself is only noteworthy due to its former owner, a lowly Decepticon named Drixco. Historically, Drixco was the first Decepticon ever slain by Optimus Prime, an act which sealed his commitment to the war. Elita One has gone to great lengths to acquire such an important weapon, and views it as a metaphor for what must be done to end the Great War. The blade has since been modified to incorporate a homing feature, allowing Elita to hurl the weapon and have it return to her hand.
History: Elita One of Tetrahex was forged just prior to the Age of Wrath, and initially served on board a Quintesson vessel as their chief science officer. Returning to Cybertron after several expeditions throughout deep space, she eventually rose to prominence as a security councilor working directly under Sentinel Prime. She played a crucial role in thwarting a Quintesson invasion early in Cybertron’s history, in which she secured herself a vital role in Sentinel’s government. Elita went on to help organize the Expansion, planning out the colonization of such notable worlds like Caminus, Neutronia, and Velocitron.
The Age of Rust put an end to further colonization as the Rust Plague swept across Cybertronian space. Infamously, she voted in favor of destroying the spacebridge network that connected Cybertron to her colonies, purely to cauterize the spread of the plague; to her credit, it worked. Sentinel Prime and his council of thirteen found themselves stuck with a disillusioned and unfocused population that had been denied a chance to grow. Many alternatives to colonization were proposed, with Elita herself voicing a strong opinion towards promoting Cybertron’s scientific growth, although there was no effective consensus. The power of Sentinel’s council waned as Cybertron slowly succumbed to the onset of the energon crisis, on top of a wave of social strife stoked by a lowly gladiator from Tarn.
As the council split in half with the rise of Megatron’s Decepticons, Elita elected to remain by Sentinel’s side with the Autobots. She ran an elite squad of Autobots, before she was eventually given command of a war cruiser from back during the Quintesson Conflict, the Halcyon. From the bridge of her ship she commanded many an orbital battle against the Decepticons, although the tides of the war were quickly changing. Elita One and her ship departed Cybertron just as Orion Pax became Optimus Prime, in order to essentially burn a trench around any Decepticon expansion plans.
Elita set the Halcyon on a mission to prevent Decepticon expansion on neutral or uncontested worlds, eventually taking such drastic measures like poisoning an organic world to Cybertronian life just to keep it safe from Megatron. While her methods effectively snapped Decepticon supply lines, her tactics often earned her a sideways glance from Optimus’s own circle. She currently commands a majority of the Autobot space forces not currently committed to Earth, resolute in her mission to deny Megatron an empire.

They were not the first worlds, but they would potentially be the last. Akalo would not fall to the Decepticons. Elita One would make it a statement against them.
The Decepticons were actively sieging the planet, although sieging was a light term. The planet’s organic inhabitants were primitives, and if the Decepticon commander kept up his pace, they wouldn’t get past the stone age. “They know we’re here; their sensors are operational, aren’t they?” Elita asked, her question mostly rhetorical. “Hail them.” The comms officer obeyed firing up the system for her captain.
Octane’s smug, purple face lit up the empty space on the bridge. He didn’t seem all that concerned or aware of just what was about to happen. “If this isn’t a pleasure, Elita! I didn’t expect to have to best you again, today of all days. Come on down to the surface, I insist.” He hadn’t been wrong. Elita and the Halcyon had been too slow to prevent the societal collapse of the last three organic worlds they’d visited. Octane was in charge of ‘annexing’ them, and from the smile on his face, he was loving it.
“I’m not here to visit, Octane. As you can imagine, I’m very busy,” she responded, her tone cold as ice. “Well, I invite you to try your hand and bombing us into submission like last time. We both know your munitions can’t penetrate our shields this far from your ship…” Again, he was right. Orbital bombardment was useless against the barriers they erected around their base camp; Elita had seen it time and time again.
Now was the time for a different approach.
“This is my ultimatum to you, Octane. You, and your contingent will leave Akalo in peace within the hour,” she commanded, trailing off towards the end.
“That’s not much of an ultimatum, ‘Lita.” Octane responded, not shaken in the slightest, but noticeably curious. “Isn’t there supposed to be an ‘or else’?”
“Yes, there is. Commander, fire tubes one and two, set for fifty five kilometer altitude detonation.”
The look on Octane’s face was all she needed to see, just as the weapons officer fired off both projectiles. They were both loaded with concentrations of cosmic rust, and they were headed straight for Akalo’s atmosphere. “Octane, I’ve just fired two torpedos carrying a payload of cosmic rust fifty five kilometers above your current position. You can leave Akalo now, or never again. Your choice.”
Elita One snapped her fingers to the comms officer as she finished her statement, catching a glimpse of the warhead’s payload detonating as planned, ensuring a global saturation. The transmission from Octane cut out just as a look of terror crawled across his face. The captain stepped back, sitting in her chair. She watched as a squadron of transports screamed their way out of orbit.
“Weapons, maximum fire,” she called.
