That laughter was something Sunstreaker hadn't heard in far too long. His body immediately relaxed without him consciously choosing to do so. His spark all but purred in contentment, his engine thrumming lowly even when they discussed the human creatures.
He hummed in agreement.
"Word is, Prowl's got two," he smirked at the thought of getting ahold of them and teaching them a thing or two before sending them back to their logical creator, easily broadcasting his thoughts through the bond, "And Ratchet has one too."
Sunstreaker would never admit it, but, he adored little ones. They were sweet and innocent in way neither he nor his brother had been in a very long time.
The golden mech made an involuntary sound of displeasure when his brother sat up, the room suddenly feeling colder without him directly beside him. After a moment, he sat up as well, slinging one long leg off the berth to dangle his pede above the floor.
A sympathetic shudder ran through him at the memory of his brother having to carry that organic meatsack back to base. Revolting.
"I'll make sure it doesn't happen again. The little cretin can drag itself back on its own next time," he paused, disgust creeping onto his handsome features again, "The others seem to enjoy taking them for little joyrides. I don't know why. As for the cross-breeds," he shuddered again, "I don't want to know."

"Two? Seriously?" Which meant they were twins. Which was cool. "We should totally offer to spark-sit for him, send them back with a few things to aggravate their creator with." But without any of the foul language he and Sunny were both known for. He didn't want to face down a wrathful Prowl because one of his sparklings was cursing. And the best thing? Ratchet the Hatchet had one too. "We're just drowning in them. I have missed allot. Really have to get a feel for things here again soon." A thought occurred to him. "We should see about gathering all the bitties and douse them in paint and set them loose in some empty room. They'd have a blast." And their creators would probably kill them both for the mess.
In response to his brother's displeasure Sideswipe slung an arm around his waist and tucked into his side without missing a beat in their conversation. He kicked his pedes idly, feeling very at ease. This wouldn't last, he already knew that, but at least it was lasting long enough for now.
His grin slowly came back even as he got the feedback from Sunstreaker's sympathetic revulsion over the organic. "Could have been worse. Could have been one of their sparklings." He'd done a little research while he'd been being put back together in the bay. Human sparklings were absolutely disgusting!
Sideswipe started strumming his fingers against where his hand was against his brother's side, contemplating his next words. "So...has Screechy-screech made it here yet?" Referring to Starscream and his memory of making the other squawk like some sort of bird anytime he was indignant or caught in jet judo. Of all the seekers he had the most fun picking on Starscream. Which was the only reason he cared rather the Decepticon was there or not. So he could torment him at his next earliest opportunity.

Sunstreaker's lip components twitched at that. The Terror Twins, sparksitting. Now there's something a good number of bots undoubtedly wouldn't imagine they would do. Not without some sort of alternative motivation. But, Sunstreaker wasn't adverse to the thought. Perhaps one of the little ones would prove teachable in either the fine arts or combat. Sunstreaker would have much to offer on both fronts.
He made a sound of amusement in response to his brother's idea.
"You feel free. Younglings or not, I don't want handprints all over my finish."
Despite his seeming adversity to being touched, he made no complaints when Sideswipe pulled him closer. It was comforting, being able to so casually touch in this way, when there had been no physical proximity for so long. He subconsciously leaned into his twin, optics a brighter shade of indigo than they had been in a good while.
"Why would you even bring that up?" he asked, faceplates scrunching and frame shuddering as he gave Sideswipe a light flick to the thigh for that mental image.
The tapping of Sideswipe's fingers against his plating drove away his disgust with the rhythmic comfort. His engine's purr rumbled just a bit louder, betraying the true depth of his contentment.
"Mm, not that I know of, yet," he smirked, "If I see him before you, I'll tell him you want to say hello."
Tormenting the seekers was something they both enjoyed doing. Sunstreaker preferred to grapple his opponents with his obviously superior strength and skill, and there was something undeniably thrilling about doing so while airborn. Starscream's screeching was undoubtedly amusing. As was Skywarp's whining. And he'd certainly never tire of the pinched look on Thundercracker's faceplates when they met on the battlefield. The infamous trine was far too much fun.
"There are some other seekers I've seen around, though," his smirk grew, "New faces. We should introduce them to jet judo sometime."
