"O-Oh," First Aid stammered, faltering at the flat tone. "Well, if you're able to use a holoform, we could try those out and actually go into town and explore while disguising ourselves as humans! I haven't used my holoform before, but no better time like the present to try it out, right?"

That, and First Aid was eager for this date to work out. So he would try anything to make sure that Blaster was having fun.

"Holoforms..." Something he hardly ever used. Blaster looks through his databanks for any holoforms he may have. "... Does anyone on Earth look like this?"

As they were still out in the desert, he projects two holoform images for Aid.

One was an alien with squid like tentacles on his head, his eyes as wide and black and face as flat as most human depictions of aliens would be, except he was taller and plenty muscular... with webbed hands and feet.

The other is that of an anthromorphic fox, with what looks like blocky armor on him, red and yellow like Blaster himself, complete with Autobot symbol.

"... Would either of these work?" Cause Blaster has yet to see a human.

First Aid looked at Blaster's holoform, knowing instantly that this wouldn't work. Not if they used those holoforms.

"Ah, no... No. The organic species of this planet are called humans. Here..." First Aid sent a databurst via comm to Blaster, with plenty of pictures of humans from all around the world.

Blaster ohs as he looks through the pictures. Then he makes a hm sound as he contemplates.

Then there is nothing but silence from the truck, even the purring of his engine had stopped.

First Aid figures that Blaster is considering his holoform options and waits for him to choose.

First Aid is a patient mech, but the silence also unsettles him.

"Would you like to see my holoform for some kind of reference?"

There was still lingering silence as Blaster remained silent for quite a bit.

Then finally, finally, a projection emerged.

It was of a dark skinned male, Middle Eastern in ethnicity, with long dark hair and expressively bright eyes. He had a big nose, thick lips, and a bright smile.

A hand strokes his hair back. "How is this Aid?" The man- Blaster- asks Aid now.

Oh... Oh, Blaster chose well. First Aid wasn't really attracted to aliens, but he could at least admit that Blaster chose an attractive avatar.

"Great!" First Aid said. "No one will suspect anything."

First Aid projected his own avatar as well, who twirled around for Blaster.

"What about mine?"

Blaster gave a dazzling smile as he stepped up to Aid in his holo form, then twirled him around and dipped him. Then gave him a kiss on the lips.

"I think you are the prettiest human I have ever seen."

First Aid laughed as he was spun. The sensation was very similar to times that he had been spun in his root form. Holoforms were very interesting.

"You really think so? You ready to go out into town?" First Aid asked brightly. What they would do in town, First Aid wasn't sure. But they would at least be together.

Blaster now is waltzing with Aid.

"Tell me sweetness, what do humans do?" He spins with Aid.

"Do we go and dance? Can we listen to music? Go on amusement park rides?"

First Aid was giggling helplessly as he was spun around, getting dizzy from the action.

"The town around here is very small. We'd have to take the ground bridge to go anywhere that has an amusement park. But I thought we could enjoy the scenery and check out the town. The sun will set in about an hour and it's very pretty."

But also First Aid was rather simple when it came to planning dates. He hoped that was okay...

Blaster found that okay. "Then we can go see the sun set as we are, without the holoform. I want to test out this new truck form anyway." He kisses Aid on the head before disappearing, the engine rev showing that Blaster is fully back in his body/

First Aid's own holoform fizzled out as well. It was probably good that Blaster had a holoform just in case he needed it anyway, even if they didn't use it right now.

"I'll take you to the best place that I've seen that has a great view of the sunset."

"Lead the way Aid!"

Blaster was ready to follow Aid out to where the sunset is.

"It's been a long time since I looked at a sunset. You know our home never really revolved around a sun, at least not for very long." He was humming as he drove beside Aid, unless Aid changes to a road, then he has to follow human driving laws. Sigh.

"If I can be honest though- I think you are brighter than the sun itself. Full of life. So caring and gentle." It was like being renewed.

That caused First Aid to sputter his engines in surprise. He'd never received such high praise before. Especially from someone he was interested in.

"I-- I don't know what to say, that's so kind of you!" First Aid's tone conveyed how flustered he was.
