A strange green biplane roared above the skies of the Greek isles. It wasn't like this planet was inhabited by organic natives, right? Of course not. Vehicles obviously had to be the native life forms here! Why else would there be so many old strange cars just rattling around on what few roads there were here?
A sensor seemed to ping and suddenly Anode transformed in midair, diving down onto a fairly uninhabited island with what appeared to be a mess of ruins around. Blue optics darted around before she gave a smirk and knelt next to the ruins.
"Oi poppet, what do we have here...?" She chirped. "Damn it, where IS Lug? I know I heard her nagging in my audial not too long ago!" She would pout, reaching into one of her hip pockets to pull out a small trowel--small by Cybertronian standards, anyway, and started digging into the soil in the area. Now what could be here? An old Cybertronian treasure? A cache of energon? It had to be something if her sensors were pinging!
"Just how deep is this stuff?" She muttered.

Botanica assumed that one of the big rules of time traveling was to not disrupt, disturb, or even touch anything in the past. Nobody had ever explained that rule to her in-depth, however. To a time displaced Maximal, there was no rule she'd ever wanted to break so much. The last time she'd visited Earth, it had been teeming with an overabundance of organic lifeforms, but oddly enough, no humans. Sadly, they were completely extinct by the 7,640,021st century. The chance to examine such a profound culture in their prime had been much too exciting of an opportunity to pass up. She'd already been passively researching all of Earth's cultures in the meantime; the myriad of Polynesian cultures around her initial crash site, Mesopotamia, Egypt. Greece was simply the next stop.
She didn't consider herself to be any place significant at the moment, she'd simply just found an appealing spot to go nuts at, archaeologically speaking. There's been a promising little alcove in the southern section of the ruins that had practically drawn Botanica into. Underground ruins beat out above ground ones, any day. She'd been hard at work taking stone and groundwater samples when Wind Sheer suddenly requested to detach. Botanica trusted her little friend's intuition in most cases, so she obliged. The green little drone zipped back out into the open air above her dig site. Upon seeing the big massive super-intruder trying to bore into the earth, Wind Sheer let out a loud, nervous beep.

Anode and Botanica weren't the only ones in the vicinity.
Cyberwarp had also been making rounds, just exploring more than anything else. She'd seen the desert out in Nevada, but there had to be so much more to this planet than that. She'd seen so much color when she and Wing had arrived! So much blue and green.. Where was it all?
She'd needed the break anyway; the getaway. It was nice to be away from the war while she traveled, but here she was.. right back into it. Not even just that, but with faces she had hoped to never see again. The former Decepticon knew she needed to be careful. If Megatron ever got word that she was here, or even word that she had betrayed the cause? She was toast. The DJD was a horrifying legend that she didn't want to find out was real..
And so she had landed on that tiny island not too far from Greece, enjoying the view of the ocean. She'd certainly remember this for a long time to come, but the sound of a nearby voice was enough to jar her from her thoughts. Cyberwarp quickly took out her Light Bender, rendering herself invisible so that she could get a closer look. Whoever was there, they were Cybertronian.
The question was.. who's side were they on?

The beep startled Anode slightly and she seemed to toss her trowel between hands and yelp. Just what was that!? Did the native species of this planet guard their ancient ruins THAT jealously? "What in the--?" She had almost wanted to say "hell", or even "frag", but both epithets seemed quite a bit extreme considering her situation.
"There's gotta be some sort of hidden energon cache or something! Something I can sell so Lug and I can have a more stable future..." She seemed a little frustrated, but not violently so. She seemed to scratch her chin in a quizzical manner.
"But is it so wise to go after something possibly guarded?" She muttered. She then perked up. "Oh, right. No pain, no gain."

Most of the time, Wind Sheer's beeps weren't for nothing. Hopefully her little partner wasn't pulling her leg, this time. Botanica crawled her way back out into the light, green optics searching for where her friend had gotten off to. As soon as Botanica poked her head out above the ground, the small hovering drone zipped back into place, perching atop his master's chest once more. Her first thought was a sudden admiration for just how well this random stranger could pull off earthen tones, no small feat.
Not perceiving herself to be in any immediate danger, Botanica made her presence known. "Oh!" she chirped, "Hello, there!" For all she knew, she was about to get robbed, but there was always the straight and clear way to find out.

Cyberwarp kept watch while rendered invisible by her Light Bender. She didn't know if it was safe to speak with this bot just yet, especially when she couldn't tell what side they were on. If neutral, they would be fine.. but Decepticons and even Autobots posed far too much a risk.
Especially Decepticons.
That's why she had been so surprised when another figure appeared, this one looking mechanical and yet.. not all at once. How had such a thing even been possible? The femme had heard of techno-organics, but could never truly understand the advantages of an organic alt-mode. All those around her had been disgusted by such a concept, and that had been the only thing she'd known.. Maybe they weren't as bad as others made them out to be.
Curious, Cyberwarp moved a little closer.. only to bump her leg on a nearby rock, causing the Light Bender to fall off. Her form was revealed, causing the femme to not only freeze with wide optics as she gasped. There was no way they would miss her now, especially as she looked to the others in fear.
Please be neutrals..
