Characters: Skywarp, Open Location: The area out and around Crown City Content Warnings: TBD Plot Summary: Skywarp annoys Starscream enough to get patrol duty. Which really isn't good for anyone involved.

Seeker engines always sounded a bit off from those of Earth vehicles. They were more powerful, meant for both long distance flying and the short bursts necessary for aerial combat. They were loud, proud, distinctive, and Skywarp wouldn't have it any other way.
While it might have been more practical for him to at least attempt to blend in, he felt no need to. Lazy loops and fiery corkscrews marked his flightpath, too well-maneuvered for any human pilot. Sometimes, a cackle would burst from his vocalizer as he pulled off something more interesting. Oh, Screamer said he was on patrol, but Skywarp knew the real reason he'd been sent out: He'd finally gotten up in Screamer's wingstruts enough to be kicked out. 'Look for Autobot signals', he'd said. 'Freedom at last!' Skywarp had said.
Oh, he was keeping a scanner out, for sure, but, there was no sense in not having a little fun while he was out and about.

However, it wasn't an Autobot that was out and about, it was a human. Though Russell loved the Scrapyard, he sometimes liked to explore around and get a lay of the land, find places he could play when it was too dangerous at the Scrapyard. He had been in the hills when he found a spot to relax, breaking off sticks and throwing them.
However, that came to a pause when he saw an unnaturally-maneuvering jet. He didn't want to assume it to be Cybertronian in origin, but something just didn't feel right, so he scrambled to see if he could find out anything about the being flying around. Was that just a normal jet with an unnaturally skilled pilot? Or was it a Cybertronian?
After all, he'd seen a Cybertronian jet do things like that. It just so happened she was an Autobot named Sepsis who had joined the Crown City team as their team medic. But it wasn't safe to just assume either way.

Skywarp finished a rather showy series of flips, twists, and twirls by transforming in midair, still spinning. Arm's spread wide, he appealed to an imaginary crowd.
"Ta-daaa!"
Dark wings spread proudly from his back as he came to a stop, the thrusters in his heels keeping him aloft. Red optics squinted above an unsettling smirk. It wasn't at all a nice expression, rather, it was one that radiated malign intent.
"Hmmm...'Screamer said to be low profile...but the little 'Bots always come running when I make a few things go boom..."
Slowly, he drifted to the ground, landing rather gently for him, with only some minimal ground-quaking. He folded his massive arms over his chestplates, cocking his head thoughtfully.
"There was that human settlement over there. That could be fun! Mm, though," a frown replaced the smile, "Lord Megatron may not be happy with me revealing myself..." he tapped his chin with a metal digit, "Decisions, decisions..."
It was then that a ping registered on his scanners. A life form.
"Hm?"
The seeker's red gaze turned toward the source. What was that? One of the native animals? No, it seemed like a human. Slowly, that malignant smile returned. Maybe this one would keep him occupied.
"Oohhh. Do I have a visitor?"
