First Aid Blaster felt the hand try to leave and he gripped around it tighter. "Do...don't leave..." Heavy venting now. "I don't... don't want to be alone..."The venting gets even heavier and shakier, as if he was about to go into full blown panic.

First Aid blinked as he was held tighter. He didn't realize that Blaster was awake. He sat back down, relaxing his hand against Blaster's and giving it a little reassuring squeeze. He was there. He wasn't going anywhere.
First Aid hummed quietly under his breath, trying to soothe Blaster back into calming down. He was by no means the best singer, but he could at least carry a tune. That was something. And it had calmed down patients in the past and lulled them into sleep.
First Aid hoped it would work this time.

First Aid Blaster was most definitely still in sleep, but attached to whoever it was. It could be a dream person. Or a memory. Either way, Blaster calmed down again, and released his grip on Aid's hand, a tiny stream of optic fluid running down his face before going quiet.

First Aid sighed softly. He felt so bad for the mech. What had he been through in the years of his disappearance? Obviously not retirement, as some were lead to believe. He frowned behind his mask, resigning himself to staying there until Blaster woke up officially. He'd get energon for him later.
First Aid continued to hum quietly, still holding onto Blaster's hand. In the meantime, he got out a datapad to do some work this way since he didn't think he could leave Blaster's side right now.

First Aid Several hours later, Blaster onlines his optics again, feeling better in terms of both tiredness and feeling less pain. He slowly looks around him, not recognizing the place at all. "Where... am I?" He says it out loud, not expecting an answer. His glances finally land on the medic next to him. There was a moment of confusion until he remembered... he sent out a call... "First Aid, right?" He didn't realize he was holding on to the other mech's hand in his.

First Aid had ended up dozing off, his head resting against his arm as he slept. He still kept his mask and visor on, though.
But he was stirred easily and he woke when he heard Blaster speak.
"Mmnh...?" First Aid mumbled, blinking to wake up. "Oh! Yes. Yes, I'm First Aid. How are you feeling? Any better?"
First Aid glanced down at their intertwined hands, wondering if Blaster still wanted that connection now that he wasn't suffering from a nightmare.

First AidBlaster seems to subconsciously squeeze Aid's hand. He then gave a soft smile at Aid. "Thank you. You did a lot."

Well, that didn't really answer any of his questions, but that was okay. From how Blaster sounded, he seemed like he was definitely feeling better.
Which lead to another question...
"What happened?" First Aid asked softly. "Did someone attack you?"

First Aid Blaster took a deep vent in, and then an ex-vent out, offlining his optics. "I don't... fully remember. I remember I was trying to get away from something. That I was being called after. Something was coming after me. Just... " He grits his denta together, hazy flashes of memory coming back but not exactly being clear. "All I know is that I tried to escape." And speaking of questions that were not answered... Blaster looks at Aid again. "First Aid? Where am I? This isn't Cybertron. It... it doesn't feel like Cybertron." He started to shift again, this time attempting to sit up. He needed to see, needed to explore.

First Aid noted that they were still holding hands. He didn't pull away.
"I'm glad you're safe," First Aid murmured. "Perhaps your memories will come back with some time. Right now is the time to focus on healing."
Both emotionally and physically. First Aid could at least help with one of those things. Both, if Blaster would let him.
"Ah," First Aid said. "We're on Earth. It's an organic planet. I only came here recently myself, so I haven't had the time to explore or figure out what it's like. Specifically, you're in an Autobot base. I'm one of three medics. I'm, uh. I guess you probably would have been better off with a more experienced medic than I." First Aid looks down, suddenly looking a bit sheepish. "But your repairs are all done. However, I would understand if you'd like another look over with Ratchet. You can never be too careful!" Cheerful tone to mask the uncertainty of his skill when compared to Ratchet.

First Aid Blaster finally noticed the hands too. But instead of pulling away... He intertwined his fingers through Aid's own, a firm and secure grip. "Earth, hm? Sol 3..." Blaster trails off thoughtfully. "So, the Autobots came way out here..." He then looks at Aid when he comments about Ratchet checking him over, then laughs a little. "You mean Ratchet is not going to check me over anyway? Well, if Ratchet doesn't come to me, I feel secure that you fixed me up good and proper. I can actually talk now." He gives Aid a much warmer smile.

@blaster
A giggle-snort left First Aid before he could stop it. And instantly he felt mortified. But he tried to pretend that it didn't happen.
First Aid's slender fingers curled around Blaster's. He could feel his cheeks burn from behind his mask.
"A-Ah, I'm sure he will. Once he realizes what happened." First Aid just hoped that his repairs were up to standard. "I get so nervous around Ratchet," First Aid whispered, looking around to make sure that the senior medic wasn't listening. "He's my medical inspiration, I don't want to make a fool of myself in front of him."

First Aid Blaster raised an optic ridge at the giggle-snort, then chuckles himself. "That's so cute!" He tells Aid. " And you? Messing up? I think you won't, or don't, mess up. You know why? Cause that much nervousness indicates that you are meticulous and careful and I think Ratch would be so proud of that." Light mask boop with the other hand now.

First Aid still felt embarrassed. He hated that he snorted when he laughed. But he had been caught off-guard by the continuation of the hand-holding once Blaster realized it.
"You really think so?" First Aid asked. "I really do try my best to be the best medic I can be--eee?" First Aid made a confused soft noise at the mask boop.

First Aid First Aid is going to kill him with cuteness. The squeaking sound at the end of his sentence just made Blaster smile more. What is it about this medic, who he never seen or met until today, that manages to make him feel a little more softer? A little less guarded? "You look like you give nothing but your all. And that... I think that is admirable." A gentle stroke on the mask now. "As long as you give all to be the very best doctor you can be, and that your patients can have. And not to just impress someone."
