The Wrecker laid there in his berth for several more moments, staring at the scuffed datapad in his hands, trying to work out just what was meant by 'hard to miss'. Waitasecond... could Ratchet be talking about himself? Did Ratchet... feel strongly towards someone? His spark froze. 'Just a crush', he reminded himself, 'Just a dumb schoolbot crush, an' the Doc can feel strongly towards whoever he wants'. 

Didn't stop him from worrying if he'd missed a chance, though.

No, it's not Bulkhead.  The one I speak of feels a bit awkward about me stating who they are.

Ratchet had to pause, staring at Wheeljack's message for the longest time.  Tell them good luck..  Why did that one single message just not sit well with him?  Should he tell him the truth?

More like, 'Don't prolong my suffering', but Wheeljack couldn't exactly say that, now, could he? He didn't want the Doc to feel awkward, or obligated to do or say anything to him about anything instead of talking to this apparent mystery bot - and that was even assuming Ratchet was even talking about himself! It was entirely possible he'd misread the entire situation. 

Ugh. Yeah, there was a reason he avoided this stuff before. Too complicated.
